Dr Graham Jones

Associate Professor Graham Jones graduated in Medicine from Sydney University with breaks to gain a BSc(med) also from Sydney and a DPhil from Oxford University. After training at Royal Prince Alfred and Royal North Shore Hospitals he gained his Fellowships of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and Australasian Association of Clinical Biochemists in 1996. He has been a staff specialist in Chemical Pathology at St Vincent’s hospital since 1997. Graham is active in the affairs of the RCPA and AACB serving as an examiner for both organisations and chair or co-chair of committees on eGFR, urine albumin, common reference intervals and the RCPA Quality Assurance program.

Special interests include laboratory testing for cardiac and renal disease, diabetes, as well as the quality of laboratory results and uniform results reporting.
